Licensing and Insurance
Perknomad holds the licences required to carry out residential building and renovation work in Western Australia. We maintain the following cover for every job we undertake:
- Builder's registration and supervision of all structural and wet-area works.
- Public liability insurance covering the property and any third parties on site.
- Contract works insurance for the duration of each project.
- Workers' compensation coverage for all employees and apprentices.
Copies of our licence certificate and certificates of currency for insurance are available on written request, and are also provided automatically with any signed contract.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, drawings, photographs and design elements, is owned by Perknomad or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute material from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
Drawings, plans and specifications we produce for a project remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use those documents for the construction of the specific project they were prepared for, but they may not be reused on other properties without our consent.
