Sign and schedule
Sign the contract, pay the deposit, and we lock your date. Typical lead time is six to eight weeks from signature.

No. Most of our clients come to us with nothing more than photos and a rough idea of what they want. We produce the layout drawings ourselves as part of the quoting process, at no extra cost.
Six to eight weeks is normal for a full kitchen or bathroom because of stone and cabinetry lead times. We occasionally have a shorter gap when a client reschedules, so it's always worth asking even if you're keen to start quickly.
Absolutely. We have stone offcuts, cabinetry samples, tile swatches and tapware on display at the Mount Street office. Ring ahead if you want to book a specific time, or just drop in during business hours.
For regional properties, we can usually do a video call for the initial discussion and travel out for a proper site measure if the job is big enough to justify the trip. Ring the office to talk through your situation and we'll give you an honest answer.
